If the product has been installed, it cannot be refunded. However, if the product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will offer an exchange. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be installed by a technician or per our installation instructions.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The defective or incorrect product must be returned before processing the exchange.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In cases where the product is defective or incorrect, AR Earthmovers LLP will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing Time
