AR Earthmovers LLP is committed to delivering high-quality spare parts for wheel loaders. Our warranty policy ensures that our products meet the highest performance and durability standards. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding the warranty of our products.
1. Warranty Coverage
AR Earthmovers LLP offers warranties on our products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
No Warranty Products
The following products do not carry any warranty and are sold as-is. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products:

1 to 3 Months Warranty
The following products are covered by a warranty period of 1 to 3 months from the date of purchase:

3 to 6 Months Warranty or 1000 Hours (Whichever Comes First)
The following products are covered by a warranty period of 3 to 6 months or 1000 operating hours, whichever occurs first:

2. Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects or issues arising under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
- The warranty is void if the product is installed by unauthorized personnel or if the part is not used in the intended manner.
- The warranty period for replacement parts starts when the replacement part is shipped.
3. Warranty Claims
If you encounter any issues with a product under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact AR Earthmovers LLP: Email us at [email protected] or [email protected]. Please provide the product details, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photographs).
- Return Procedure:
- We will guide you through the return procedure if the product is found defective, incorrect, or damaged.
- You must return the product within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product must not be installed or used in any way before returning.
- Inspection: Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect, damage, or incorrect item. If the product is found defective, we will proceed with a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refund: Refunds will only be provided for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in unused and original condition.
- Note: Products that have been installed or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
- Exchange: If a product is defective, or if you receive the wrong part, we will offer an exchange. If you install the product, an exchange will be the only option, not a refund.
- Any return or exchange requests for non-defective or installed products will not be accepted.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
- Products that have been modified, tampered with, or altered in any way.
- Products damaged due to accidents, fires, floods, or natural disasters.
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period or operating hours.
6. Liability Limitations
Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, including, but not limited to, loss of income, downtime, or repair costs.
7. Warranty Transfer
The warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
